TOS:TOS are subject to change at any timeCommissions:- payments must be made upfront (once I accept your offer). I must be paid before starting a comm or giving you the rights to a design. No exception.- I reserve the right to deny any commission request.- By commissioning me, you understand that if you decide you do not want the commission once I have started, I will keep a portion of the money as a deposit. The portion will be equivalent (rounded) to the amount of time and effort I've spent.(I.e. 10% for a sketch, 20% for lineart, 40% for full color, 60% partial render. No refunds once fully rendered)- if you post my art, you must link my ToyHouse, Instagram and/or DeviantArt- Blacklisted accounts cannot commission enter any of my ota/dta/d4d/etc., or buy adopts- My art may not be used for monetary gain without knowledge and consentDesigns:- payments must be made upfront (once I accept your offer). I must be paid before giving you the rights to a design. No exception.-I must be credited on the ref or toyhouse of any and all designs I create- Do not buy my characters just to sell. Doing this will result in automatic blacklisting. (Buying them as gifts are fine but inform me first!!)- If you no longer want a design you've gotten from me for free/as a gift, ask me if I want it back first (usually i'll let u sell/trade it but pls still ask!)- If you have payed for a character it is ok to sell them but not for more than what you payed unless there's additional art. Please also request that the buyer credits me for the design on their storage!- For trades, no means no. I am picky with designs and it is not personal.- Design theft is not and will not be taken lightly.- If you want to back out of an AT, DT, or Collab you need to lmk. Ghosting after three months will lead to blacklistingThings that can get you blacklisted:Art/design theft, bullying, use of ai, not complying with TOS, Not doing payments, acquiring a character with the intent of reselling/rehoming.- Things that can get you greylisted:Iignoring after I accept an offer, being sour if I don't accept, ignoring my offer but interacting w/ others, general rudeness.
